General Studio Tips

> Sync via R-Bus <

You can sync via the RPC-1 cable. Go to the sync properties of your software program (Sonar, Cubase, etc...), and tell it to receive its MTC (Midi Time Code) from the R-BUS port.

On the 2480, go into the SYNC PARAMETERS, and choose MTC on the R-BUS port you are using. This will send MTC via the RPC-1 and into the PC and of course, the audio software.

You should be able to control the audio software's Recording button by running MMC from the 2480 to your PC. Again, this is achieved via the SYNC PARAMETERS.
