> Copy Tracks to New Project <
VS-2480 Quick Tip

There are few ways to do this.

1) Open a new project. Select "Track Import", and import the tracks into your new project.

2) Copy the projects with the tracks you want. Cut out all the other tracks you do not want. Then optimize the project. (Doing it this way preserves all the settings from the original project.)

3) Use the "Project Split" command. When you do this,  you get a chance to select any track (or tracks) you want to appear in the new project. The VS automatically creates a new project with a new name which is the name of the original with an "A" in the last character position. All the settings are copied along with the selected tracks.
